Description: Once the information on the variables of needs assessment, competencies, selection of participants and other factors have been evaluated, the major tasks of planning and designing the program and its training strategies are to be undertaken.  This course includes the formulation of program objectives, contents, methodologies, audio-visual materials, cost analysis, participant configuration and other factors critical to the success of the workshop.
