The first three months of every new employee is critical.  If they don’t receive the right on-boarding, training, or support needed you’re likely to lose them to a competitor.  

This one-day course, will cover the essentials in what effective organizations do to on-board new employees or employees who are starting in a new role.  The program covers the first year ‘Roadmap for new Managers’, and best practices in building a strong on-boarding culture within your company.  It covers topics such as talent management, capability development, succession planning and other organizational development practices.

Resource Speakers
Mr. Ryan K. Buenafe

is currently the Managing Director of IDEAL International Education – Corporate Learning Services, and the former CEO of A. Rand Consulting Inc. He leads Global eLearning for Teleperformance Group (France) and a partner consultant for Gerson Lehman Group (USA). He Is also  a resource person at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business – Center for Continuing Education (AGSB-CCE). 

He has over 15 years experience in leadership and management roles for companies such as Accenture, AXA, JP Morgan, Sitel, and Teleperformance. His corporate expertise includes; sales, customer relationship management, human resources, learning and development.

Mr. Buenafe earned his Bachelors degree in Communications from Far Eastern University, and attained his Masters degree in Business Administration - Regis Program from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. He is now currently completing his second Masters in Public Management at the Ateneo Graduate School of Government.
