This is an application-oriented seminar designed for technical staff, supervisors, and managers who must constantly analyze problems and decide on alternatives.

As a three-day workshop, Analytical Problem Solving utilizes lectures, video presentations, and cases to effectively translate prescribed concepts and processes.  At some points of the workshop, you will be encouraged to apply learnings to actual problems and issues in the work setting.
