This workshop is intended to prepare project managers and professionals to sit for the PMP® certification examination.  It provides a formalized approach that consists of group learning activities and self-study. It is designed to provide you with a thorough and complete review of the theory of Project Management as detailed in the Project Management Institute's (PMI's) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK^® Guide). The five process areas, the nine knowledge areas and the 44 processes will be identified and discussed.

Assessments of learning throughout the workshop will be given along with personal study strategies. Each day will conclude with a mock PMP^® exam with opportunities for discussion and review. This workshop would fulfill one of the PMP application eligibility requirements (35 contact hours of specific project management experience).
