This program is targeted to top corporate executives and professionals who are committed to excellence in developing and managing successful and world-class supply chain strategies and operations in this increasing global and competitive environment.

The program consists of five modules that aim to enhance executive skills and equip participants with the latest strategies and methodologies in supply chain management to reduce costs, increase customer satisfaction and better utilize assets.

Objectives

After the course, you will:

  • Understand the value of managing the supply chain of a business enterprise by learning new strategic approaches and techniques in meeting all supply chain challenges of managing risk through achieving global optimization

  • Develop skills for seizing opportunities and applying appropriate solutions to problems.

Mr. Antonio Kent M. Valderrama

is the Vice Chairman of BizSolv Asia MPC, the Vice President for consulting services of the Foundation of the Society of Fellows in Supply Management, and the Director of Macrolite Corporation. He has more than 21 years of professional experience in the practice of Logistics and Supply Chain Management and has worked with San Miguel Corporation, Jollibee Foods Corporation, and Shaklee Philippines.

Mr. Armando T. Bongco, Jr

is a professional organization development consultant specializing in training organization development, career planning, productivity, and performance management systems.

Mr. Jet F. Magsaysay

Ms. Lulu Guzman

is a consultant in Supply Management. She was the Director for Customer Service and Logistics, Southeast Asia region of Kraft Foods, International until her retirement in May 2006.

Ms. Meldy Carillo

is the Treasurer and Consultant of Systems Network International. Her fields of expertise include purchasing & supply management, production planning and control, inventory control/management, demand management, international logistics, and negotiation techniques.

Dr. Ricardo G. Abad

is a board member and the artistic director of Metropolitan Theater Guild Foundation, the coordinator for Theatre Arts, Fine Arts Program of Ateneo de Manila University, and a professor from the Department of Sociology and Anthropology of the same university.
